Ingredients For Making Caesar Salad Pizza

  • 1 store bought pizza crust
  • 2 pieces of chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

For The Caesar Salad topping

  • 1 small head romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp. caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g bacon, cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

How To Prepare Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the salt, onion powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper powder, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cooking oil and smoked paprika powder. Mix together, then add the chicken breasts and smear the spice mixture all over the chicken, cover and marinate for one hour or overnight for more flavor.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add the chopped lettuce, cooked bacon, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan and Caesar dressing, toss well until well mixed.
  3. Put a griddle on medium heat, add the chicken breasts and cook them turning occasionally until they are well cooked. Cut into bite size cubes and put aside.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, brush the pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top. Add the cooked chicken and spread it evenly over the crust to cover the whole surface.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and crust is golden.
  6. Let the pizza coal, then top with with the salad mixture, sprinkle with black pepper powder and lemon juice. Serve while still hot.
