Ingredients For Making Vanilla Chia Pudding With Cinnamon

  • 300 ml dairy fresh milk ( or milk of your choice like almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. organic honey
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts

How To Prepare Vanilla Chia Pudding With Cinnamon

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add the milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon and honey, mix together for about one minute until well combined to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
  2. Put it aside to rest for 10 minutes, then stir again to keep the texture smooth and even, put it into the fridge for 5 hours or overnight. This will make it to be thicker and creamier in texture.
  3. Serve with a topping of blueberries or any other berries of your choice.
