Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins are moist, sweet baked cakes made with mashed ripe bananas as the base flavor. It is combined with, sugar, chocolate chips, flour, eggs and butter.

It is made by mixing the dry and wet ingredients separately, then combining them together. These muffins can be eaten as a snack, dessert or even for breakfast.

Ingredients For Making Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  • 275 g Wheat flour
  • 175 g brown sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 175 g butter
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 50 g chocolate chips

How To Make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. Put on the oven to 170 degrees, sift the flour and baking soda into a bowl and mix together.
  2. Put the brown sugar and butter in a separate bowl and cream together until the mixture is pale in color and fluffy.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a separate bowl.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time into the sugar mixture, then fold in the flour. Add the walnuts, mushed bananas and chocolate chips and fold into the batter.
  5. Line a muffin tin with parchment papers. Spoon equal spoonful of batter, about 2/3 to 3/4 full, into the muffin compartments, decorate the top of chocolate chips, then put in the pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the muffins comes out clean.
