AVOCADO TOAST WITH EGGS
Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes for well done, or 5 minutes for rare depending on your preference.
Butter the bread slices on both sides.
Put a heavy pan on medium heat, place the slices one by one and toast until golden brown in color on both sides.
Mash the avocados in a bowl. Spread the avocado paste evenly onto the slices, then arrange the avocado slices on top of the bread and sprinkle the salt and black pepper on top of each slice.You can choose to sprinkle the black pepper and salt on top of the avocado paste or on top of the egg slices. The amount of seasoning you use will depend on your taste, you can add or reduce or even do without and use any other seasoning of your choice like paprika, cinnamon etc.
