Avocado peanut butter toast is a finger liking good, nutrition packed and easy to make snack/breakfast.
After you try this recipe, you will never go back to the ordinary avocado toast….eeh hopefully.
There are hundreds if not thousands of different ways in which you can make avocado toast.
An example is this avocado toast with peanut butter.
Its quick and easy to make, less than 5 minutes and you are done!
All you need to do is toast bread, slice or mash an avocado, spread peanut on the toasted bread and add the mashed avocado and enjoy!
WHAT PEANUT BUTTER SHOULD I USE?
Which ever peanut butter you currently have in the house or whatever kind you prefer.
If you want smooth textured toast, use creamy peanut butter.
WHAT CAN I SERVE AVOCADO TOAST WITH PEANUT BUTTER WITH?
You can most definitely enjoy this breakfast all on its own.
I personally like to enjoy it with a hot cup of chocolate tea.

There are so many ways that you can alter this simple breakfast.
I personally like to add an a bit of chilli flakes on top.
Other examples include
- Add some sliced fruits like banana
- Add slices of boiled egg on top

Do you slice or smash the avocado?
Totally depends on your preference really.
I personally like to smash the avocados so that I can get an all round, even and smooth texture in one bite.

Cut the avocado in half and mash it in a small bowl [slice it if you prefer this].
Place to slices of bread in a toaster and toast your desired level of crunchiness.
