Ingredients
Instructions
-
Cut the beef into cubes, add the sour milk and cover and let it lest for 15 minutes.
-
Heat a cooking pan on high heat, add oil then the onions and let them Sautee (cook quickly on high heat). When soft add the garlic and ginger and mix together till they turn to golden brown.
-
Add the beef, stir together till well combined, reduce heat to medium and simmer until the liquid evaporates, this can take about 10 minutes. Add the salt, paprika, garam masala and curry powder. Mix together then add the tomato puree cover and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Depending with the texture of the beef, tougher meat will need to simmer for longer, you only need to add more water checking its texture as it cooks. Buy beef tenderloin which is tender, buttery and succulent. -
Add the stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and peppers and stir together. Cover and simmer for 6 minutes. The food will be ready.
