This simple crepe recipe adds a fun little twist by adding blackberries in the crepe batter.
Ingredients you will need
This blackberry crepes recipe calls for;
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Blackberry crepes are best when served fresh and warm.
How to make blackberry crepes
- Wash the blackberries over cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Sift into a large mixing bowl the flour and then add the sugar.
- Add in the wet ingredients and Whisk together until batter is runny and not too thick.
- Place a non stick pan over medium heat and pour in about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and add the blackberries. Tilt and rotate your pan until you form a thin crepe. Let it cook for about 2 minutes and then flip and let the other side cook for another 1 minute or so.
