For a creamy chocolate centre
I personally do not like when the centre has a chocolate rich texture but for those who do, this is how you achieve it.
While pouring the brownie batter baked oats into your oven-safe ramekin, only fill the ramekin ¾ full with the batter. Place your chocolate square in the centre of the ramekin. Pour the rest of the batter on top.
Also keep in mind that different chocolates melt differently.
The reason why I use chocolate chips is that they are resistant to melting since I do not like the gooeyness of chocolate in my oats.
However, use sugar free chocolate since it melts really well inside baked oats.
Storage
Brownie baked batter oats are relatively great for meal prep but I prefer enjoying them while still fresh.
For meal prep, store in a mason jar and place in the fridge.
