Ingredients you need to make butter chicken wrap
For butter chicken
- Boneless Chicken Breast
- Butter
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Cumin Powder
- Garam Masala
- Heavy Cream
For the Wrap
- Tortilla wraps/ pita bread
- Lettuce leaves
- Greek Yogurt
- Tomato
- Onion
- Salt

How to make butter chicken wrap
- Place a non stick frying pan over medium high heat on the burner and add butter and onions. Let the onions cook until slightly golden brown and then add the garlic, cumin powder and garam masala and let it saute for a few seconds.
- Add the chicken and tomato paste and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked. Stir in the cream and let that simmer in for another 10 minutes, until you have a thick and creamy consistency.
- Chop the onions and tomato for the wrap into thin round rings and add into a clean bowl together with the greek yogurt, salt and lettuce and mix everything together.
- Heat the tortilla wraps and then place the lettuce mixture on the tortilla and a spoonful of the butter chicken and roll the wrap.
- Serve and enjoy.
How to store
Place the leftover butter chicken wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave at whatever time you want to eat it.
