Carrot and Beetroot Juice Recipe
Description
Carrots as we know are good for proper night vision and proper functioning of the retina. Beetroots are packed with essential nutrients and are also a great source of fiber. This power juice can be taken at any day to boost your energy.

Feed the beetroot and carrot halves through an electric juicer followed by the celery stick halves, the cucumber and the apple halves. Extract juice from the lemon left after cutting out the garnishing slices, and mix it with the rest of the juice.
You can store the pulp from the fruits and vegetables in an air tight container and store in a freezer and use it for baking cakes, in salads or soups. This will add fiber in your diet. -
Stir in the walnut pieces.

Serve the juice in glasses of your choice and garnish with lemon wedges.
