- Oat flour
- Baking powder
- Milk
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon
Churro-baked oats require very simple ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen.
Oats – use oats flour but if you don’t have it, blend rolled oats into a fine flour.
Cinnamon – to dust over the top after the churro baked oats are done
Milk – any kind of milk will do i.e oat milk.
Protein powder– optional
How to make churro baked oats
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Take a clean bowl and add a banana and mash it with a spoon or fork
- Add in oat flour, baking powder, milk and mix well until combined
- Grease an oven safe ramekin and add the mixture and then bake for 15 minutes
- Once it is out of the oven, dust cinnamon over the top and enjoy
Storage
Store the churro baked oats in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
