Coconut milk crepes recipe

This is the perfect crepe recipe for people who do not consume dairy. The coconut milk in this crepe recipe substitutes the dairy without compromising on the taste.

Ingerdients
In order to make coconut milk crepes you need;
- Coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cooking oil or unsalted butter
How to make coconut milk crepes
- Add in the coconut milk, eggs, flour and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients until combined with a light consistency.
- Place a skillet over medium heat and 1/2 a tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Pour ¼ cup crepe batter into the pan, tilting the pan so that the batter covers the bottom of the pan evenly.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes. Make sure the heat is on medium low.
- Use a spatula to flip the crepe and let the other side cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Loosen the edge of the crepe with a rubber spatula and carefully use your fingers to flip the crepe.
- Place the crepe on a clean plate and repeat this process for the remaining coconut milk crepe batter.
- Cut up some strawberries and spread a small amount of nutella on the crepes.
