- 2 tbsp of ground coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Is it a must for me to use all purpose flour?
No. You can most certainly substitute the all purpose flour with any other flour of your liking.
Can I use Oat milk in this recipe?
Yes.

Coffee crepes are best when served fresh and warm.
How to make coffee crepes
- Take a large mixing bowl and mix in all the dry ingredients together.
- Add in the wet ingredients and Whisk together until batter is runny and not too thick.
- Place a non stick pan over medium heat and pour in about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Tilt and rotate your pan until you form a thin crepe. Let it cook for about 2 minutes and then flip and let the other side cook for another 1 minute or so.
- Serve the coffee crepe preferably with ice cream of a hot cup of tea or coffee.
