This mango milk tea is super refreshing, creamy and brightly flavored by a tropical mango taste. The boba pearls add a perfect chewy texture to this milk tea recipe.

Mango juice – you can find this at your local supermarket. If you have fresh mangoes you can juice them instead.
Milk -use whatever milk you have or prefer .

To make this mango bubble tea recipe you will need;
- 1 tea bag of green tea
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of hot boiling water
- 1/3 cup of quick cooking tapioca pearls/ boba pearls
- 1 cup of mango juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
Equipment you will need
All you will need for this mango milk tea is:
- Tapioca pearls
- A glass for serving
- A straw to drink the milk tea through
How to make mango bubble milk tea
- Boil one cup of hot water and add a tea bag and set it aside to cool.
- To prepare, the boba pearls, bring water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls until fully covered.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes until they float on top and cover with a lid for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and drain the water through a sieve and coat with brown sugar syrup or just plain sugar.
- Add the boba pearls in a glass jar and then pour in the mango juice, tea and milk.
- Stir and enjoy.
Extra tips
- Serve this immediately. You do not want the boba pearls sitting around for long periods of time after making them.
- Aim for a gummy bear consistency with the tapioca pearls, if its too hard it means its overcooked and if its too soft they are undercooked.
- Make sure to coat the tapioca pearls immediately after draining from the water so that they do not stick on to each other.
- Use an extra wide straw because of the boba pearls. A regular straw will be too small for the pearls to pass through.
- You can use any kind of flavored tea that you want.
