- Mushrooms

Mezze Maniche Pasta Recipe with Mushrooms
- 1 cup of mezze maniche pasta.
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms.
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed.
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Cheese.
- 3 tablespoons of butter for mushrooms
- 1 tbsp of olive oil for the pasta
- Salt to taste.

Non stick pan – to perfectly cook your mushrooms
Garlic press – to add flavor to the garlic
How to cook mushrooms
Wash and dry your mushrooms and the slice them. Heat butter in a pan and add garlic and let it saute for a few seconds. Add you mushrooms in the pan with the salt and cover with a lid for about 5 minutes under medium low heat. Then remove the lid and increase the heat until the mushrooms turn golden brown.
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt and oil to it.
- Add in your mezze maniche pasta and cook until al dente and the drain the pasta setting aside 1/3 cup of the pasta water.
- Then add this pasta to the mushrooms and add the cheese and let the cheese melt down and add the pasta water to simmer down everything.
- Serve and enjoy.
