- 2 Large Oranges
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1/4 cup water

The following are the utensils you will need to make orange carrot and ginger juice:
Vegetable peeler– to peel the skin off the fruits

How to make orange carrot and ginger juice
- Wash all your ingredients; ginger, carrots and orange and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Cut the ginger, carrots and oranges into medium sized pieces and add into the blender/juicer.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and squeeze in 1/2 lemon juice zest and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy.
