Ingredients
- ½ cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
- ¼ cup plain yogurt
- ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoons cocoa powder

How to make Tiramisu Overnight Oats
- Make a shot of espresso and let it cool.
- Place into a mason jar all the dry ingredients; rolled oats, chia seeds and salt.
- Then add in the wet ingredients; maple syrup, vanilla, milk and the coffee you made earlier.
- Shake well and place in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to eat, make a creamy vanilla layer by mixing in a bowl yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla …. dust with cocoa powder.

Make this overnight oats even creamier by adding this mascarpone like layer.
All you will need is
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract
Yogurt
How to assemble tiramisu overnight oats
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above in a clean bowl.
In a clean mixing bowl, whisk yogurt , vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
Take a clean glass jar and add a small portion of the oat mixture, flatten it and add 2 tablespoons of the creamy vanilla mix.
Repeat until all the oat mixture is used up. Leave some of the creamy vanilla mix to add on top of the oats and dust with cocoa powder.
How to store tiramisu overnight oats
Store this overnight oats in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container if not combined with yogurt.
