What a refreshing fruit juice full of sweet smelling pulp that is a real hot weather pleasure. This is a powerful combination of great tropical fruits that are full of nutrients for the body. Its easy to prepare and the ingredients are readily available in the grocery stores.

Water melon is hydrating, alkalizing, diuretic and laxative. It is very helpful for those suffering from kidney and urinary track infections.   1. Feed the carrot halves and ginger through a juicer.
