What is vegan quark?
Quark is a dairy product made by heating up sour milk until it gets curdled then strained. It has a similar texture with a thick yogurt or cheese. Its flavor is a bit tangy because of the curdling of the milk but its not too predominant or overbearing.
Vegan quark is the dairy free version or plant based version of the original quark made with plant based yogurt instead of dairy milk.
