Ingredients: - 250 grams All purpose wheat flour - 150 ml Olive oil - 1/4 teaspoon Salt - 150 ml warm water Preparation method: Sieve the flour and salt together, start pouring some water into the flour bit by bit as you mix the flour and water, do this until the consistency is well mixed and no more dough sticks to your hand. At this point the dough should be soft, add some cooking oil and knead through to integrate the flour and oil together. Cover the bowl with a dump kitchen towel and let the dough rest for about 1 hour. Form into small balls and roll them into a circle, apply oil evenly, roll into a strip and the strip into a ring. Cover with a clean towel, set aside for 15 minutes. Put a heavy pan or griddle on heat, heat until hot, but on medium heat, roll the rings one at a time and start cooking. When it starts airing up, turn, apply some oil evenly on both sides and flip back cook until evenly brown turn, cook the other side. When ready put in a container and cover it. You can serve the Chapati with bean stew, beef stew or any other stew of your choice. Chapati can also be taken with a cup of tea.
