- 1 large red onion, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 5 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp, paprika

- Take an oven proof baking casserole and grease it and put aside, then preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange the potato slices on the casserole, add the sausages, followed by the onion cubes and then sprinkle the cheese on top of the potatoes.
- Take a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, paprika, garlic powder and white pepper powder and whisk together until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly on top of the potato mixture and put in the pre-heated oven. Bake for 50 minutes, or until set and golden in color.
