  • 200 g all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  2. Then take the wet ingredients and pour them into the dry ingredients, stir gently with a wooden mixing spoon and mix until well combined and no lumps are left.
  3. Do not overmix the batter, add the blueberries and fold them in.
  4. Put a non-stick pan on medium heat, add a little butter, scoop 1/4 cup of batter on the pan, cook until bubbles form on top, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. Cook until it is golden in color. Repeat the process until all the batter is finished.
  6. Top with warm blueberries, honey and dust some powdered sugar on top of the pancakes.
