- 4 Tacos
- 6 Sausages skinned
- 1/2 Red bell pepper
- 1 large red onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 medium avocado cut into wedges

- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper powder

How To Prepare Breakfast Burritos
- Unwrap the sausages and skin them, put them in a bowl.
- Cut the onions and bell peppers into cubes.
- In a sauce pan on medium heat, add cooking oil and heat slightly, then add the onions and cook until tender, add the spices and salt and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the sausages and cook them on medium heat, add a small amount of water, cover and cook until well cooked.
- Whisk the eggs, add some paprika, garlic powder, salt to taste and whisk until well combined.
- Put a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, add 1 table spoon of cooking oil and let it heat up, add the whisked eggs and allow the eggs to set slightly before gently stirring and scrapping the eggs across the bottom of the pan with a spatula.
