Ingredients For Making Chicken Sausage Tacos
- 5 tortilla wraps
- 5 chicken sausages cut into cubes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 piece of lettuce, washed and shredded
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 carrots, pilled and grated
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. mustard cream
How To Prepare Chicken Sausage Tacos
- Cut the chicken sausages into bite size cubes and put in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, paprika powder, cumin powder, oregano, cayenne, 1 tablespoon cooking oil and coriander powder and mix well to coat the sausage cubes evenly.
- Put a sauce pan on medium heat, add the sausages and spread them well on the pan and cook for about 6 minutes turning them occasionally.
- Remove them from heat and put them aside to cool.
- Put the lettuce, onions, carrots, white pepper powder, salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and onion powder and mix well.
- Add the mayonnaise and mustard cream and mix to coat evenly. Add the sausages and mix well.
- Take the tortilla wraps, spread some cheese at the centre of the tortilla, then the sausage mixture, wrap the tortilla to form a semi circle. Repeat the process for the rest of the mixture.
- Put a griddle on medium heat, put a 1/2 teaspoon of butter and let it melt, add the tortilla, cover and let it warm up for about 4 minutes.
