Garlic Fries are one of my favorite side dish that i usually make on lazy days. They are very common in fast food restaurants, food trucks and even stadiums.
Garlic fries are very easy to make as they are freshly cut or frozen. The garlic is either minced, in paste form or powdered.
Fresh herbs are added, you can either use parsley or chives. Seasoning is added together with salt, parmesan cheese or pepper.
The crispy fries combined with the aromatic garlic creates a savory, slightly pungent taste with a rich buttery undertone. You can add grated parmesan cheese for an extra layer of flavor.
Garlic Fries go well with steaks, burgers or grilled meats. You can as well enjoy them as a snack or as a side dich with a dipping sauce of ketchup.
