Ingredients For Making High Protein McMuffins
- 4 Burger buns
- 200 g bacon slices
- 4 eggs
- 4 Mozzarella cheese slices
- 4 Ham slices
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper powder
- salt
How To Prepare High Protein McMuffins
- Put a frying pan on medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of butter and let it warm up, fry the bacon strips turning them occasionally to ensure all sides are cooked through. Put them on a plate when cooked.
- Fry the eggs on the same pan, you can opt to cook on both sides or on the1 sunny-side up, this is where you cook and the yolk remains runny and the whites are set on the bottom, but not flipped to cook on the under side.
- Put the grated carrot and shredded cabbage in a bowl, add the yellow mustard, mayonnaise, white pepper powder, salt and mix well.
- Slice the burger buns into two through the center, and lay them on a plate. Lay a slice of the harm on one part of the burger, followed by an egg, then the bacon slices, then the cheese slice and then top with a spoonful of the veggie salad. Cover with the other burger bun slice.
