- 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, oat or coconut)
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. organic honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stem mint leaves

- Take a drinking glass and add the chia seeds, add the milk and thoroughly stir, cover and let it sit for ten minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
