Ingredients For Making Banana Nutella Crepes

  • 2 cups all-purpose wheat flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. Nutella melted if it too hard
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

How To Prepare Banana Nutella Crepes

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add the milk, eggs and butter and whisk together. Add the wheat flour and salt to the milk mixture by sieving it.
  2. Whisk the mixture until very smooth with no lumps in it, add the vanilla essence and whisk again. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow it to be soft.
  3. Put a non-stick pan on medium heat, add some little butter, then pour in 1/2 cup of the batter onto center of the pan.
  4. Swirl the pan to spread the batter until thin, cook for 1 minute then flip and cook the other side and cook for 40 seconds. Remove from heat and cook the rest. Put the crepes on a plate and cover with a clean kitchen cloth.
  5. After the crepes are all cooked, spread Nutella on all the crepes, roll them up and then add the strawberries. Cut the bananas into slices and put over the crepes, dust with powdered sugar.
  6. Serve with hot chocolate, fresh orange juice or a smoothie of your choice.
