Ingredients For Making Nutritious Bread Sandwich

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Landor cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 red bell pepper cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 onion cut into small cubes
  • 2 lettuce leaves cut into 4 pieces
  • Small handful of cilantro finely chopped
  • Tomato ketchup

How To Make Nutritious Bread Sandwich

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat in the eggs, add the salt, black pepper, paprika and turmeric powder and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add the chopped onions, bell peppers and cilantro and mix well.
  3. Put a frying pan on medium heat add 1 teaspoon butter and let warm up, then add two scoops of the egg mixture and spread it evenly on the pan.
  4. Lay two slice on top of the egg mixture for one minute each and then turn the slice.
  5. Let the egg mixture cook on low heat, then turn after about 3 minutes and let the under side cook for another 3 minutes. Flip the two edges into the inside and place slices of cheese, harm and lettuce on both slices.
  6. Fold the slices and let each side cook for 1 minute each.
