Equipment

  1. Blender; a regular or high speed like the Nutribullet or Ninja will do a good job of blending
  2. Measuring cups; These will give you accurate measurements of the milk, tofu, ice cubes and yoghurt
  3. Measuring spoons; you need this for measuring the cinnamon, peanut butter and vanilla extract
  4. Knife; for peeling and cutting the peaches
  5. Cutting board; for placing the peaches and bananas while cutting
  6. Spoon; for scooping out the tofu
  7. Spatula; for scraping the blender of all the smoothie to avoid waste
  8. Smoothie jar or glass; for serving your smoothie

Ingredients For Making Peach Tofu Smoothie

  • 5 ripe peaches
  • 1 cup soft silken tofu
  • 250 ml yoghurt
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 12 tsp. organic honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter

How To Prepare Peach Tofu Smoothie

  1. Take the blender, add the yoghurt, bananas, vanilla, honey cinnamon tofu, peanut butter and peaches, blend on high speed for about 1 minute or until it is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in a serving jar, add the ice cubes and serve.
