Ingredients for Making Pizza Bagels
- 4 plain bagels
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper powder
- Handful sliced olives
- 1/2 Green bell pepper washed and cut into slices
- 1/2 onion cut into slices
How To Prepare Pizza Bagels
- Cut the bagels into half, and place the bagels on a baking tray with the cut side up, then pre-heat the oven to 300 degrees.
- Add the sauce and spread the pizza sauce on each half, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over each bagel.
- Add the pepperoni, green pepper, onions and olives. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle some olive oil, bake the bagels for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the pizza bagels while still warm with a side dish of French fries or a salad of your choice.
