Ingredients For Making Pizza Toast

  • 8 Slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
  • 250 g grated Mozallera cheese
  • 3 boiled sausages cut into slices
  • 1/4 cubed red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cubed yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cubed green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cubed red oinion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed dry thyme

How To Prepare Pizza Toast

  1. Combine the bell peppers and onions in a bowl, add the paprika, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and mix well.
  2. Spread butter on one side of the toasts and turn them upside down the buttered side facing down. On the top side spread the ketchup on all the toasts, sprinkle some cheese on each toast evenly and then top up with the bell peppers and onion mixture.
  3. Put the sausage slices on top of each toast. Put a pan on medium heat and put the toasts on the pan. Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 minutes or until the cheese has bubbled up. You can as well cook using an oven, cook for 10 minutes on 180 degrees.
