Protein Bagels is a food common with health conscious enthusiasts who like it because of its high protein levels and low carbohydrates that makes it ideal for those practicing fitness as a routine.
When protein powder is added it boosts the protein levels even higher. In this particular bagels that i have made, i have added an egg in place of protein powder and Greek yoghurt which is usually the main wet ingredient.
Protein Bagels are dense, nutritious and very chewy which make them an alternative to the traditional bagels. If you will prefer a savory bagel, you can add garlic and herbs like basil and oregano. If you like them sweet you can add some cinnamon and vanilla.
