- 340 g all-purpose wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. instant yeast
- 50 g sugar
- 130 ml milk
- 60 g melted butter
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp. red food coloring
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 150 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
For The Cream Cheese Frosting
- 60 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 60 g powdered sugr
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Take a mixing bowl, add the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 6 to 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Take another mixing bowl, add the melted butter, egg, red food coloring, cocoa powder and salt. Mix the flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 6 to 7 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
- Roll up tightly from one end, then cut into 8 to 10 minutes rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan. Cover and let rise again for 30 to 45 minutes, then pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until soft and slightly golden. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over the warm rolls. Serve while still warm with a beverage of your choice.
