Salami Pizza is my favorite all time pizza, not only me but my kids, we cook it any time we desire that deep, cured-meat umami that has a bold but savory bite with layers of flavor.
It has that saltines, peppery heat with a balanced overpowering taste, cream milky blanket that is smooth with tangy sauce that cuts through he sauce making it gooey and tender.
It is a classic pizza with a crisp crust, melty cheese, tangy tomato sauce and savory slices of salami. It is an Italian inspired pizza that pairs with salami in modern day pizzas that is very popular all over the world today.
