• 5 big red potatoes Potatoes
• 10 Spicy sausages
• 500 ml vegetable broth
• 1/2 tsp. White pepper powder
• 1 large onion, peeled and cut into cubes.
• 5 garlic cloves, outer skin removed and crushed.
• 1 stalk celery, washed and cut into cubes
• 2 carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
• 1/2 tsp. thyme
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
• 200 ml double cream
• 1 tbsp. butter

How To Prepare Sausage And Potato Soup

1. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut then into cubes. Peel the outer cover the sausages and cut them into big cubes.
2. Put a sauce pan on medium heat and add the butter, add the sausages and cook them on medium heat for about 4 minutes, add the thyme and oregano, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Break the sausages into crumbles using a wooden spoon. Add the chopped onions, salt, white pepper powder garlic, carrots, and celery and cook for 6 minutes.
4. Add the potatoes and stir well, then add the broth and bring to boil, cook until the potatoes are soft. Stir in the heavy cream then add the kales, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve while still hot, you can garnish some chopped parsley.
