Ingredients For Making Sausage Bread Rolls

  • 6 sausages
  • 6 slices of large size bread
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
  • 500 ml Cooking oil
  • 6 Cheese slices
  • 250 g bread crumbs

How To Make Sausage Bread Rolls

  1. In a sauce pan, boil the sausages until well cooked.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the salt, paprika and black pepper, you can add any other spice of your choice.
  3. Cut the edges of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.
  4. Lay the bread slices on a plate, place a slice of cheese, then place a sausage on top of the cheese and roll over, fasten the edge with the egg mixture.
  5. Repeat the process for all the bread slices, sausage and cheese slices.
  6. Deep the bread roll in the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs, placing the coated rolls on a plate.
  7. In a frying pan, put cooking oil and heat to medium heat, then add the bread rolls one by one and cook for about 5 minutes, turning to cook evenly.
  8. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel, to drain the oil.
  9. Serve while still hot.
