- 2 eggs
- 1 cups wheat flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 green bell pepper cut into small cubes
- 1 carrot (grated)
- Cooking oil or butter
How To Prepare Savory Crepes With Veggies
- In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, salt, sugar, milk, paprika powder, white pepper powder and turmeric and whisk together until well combined.
- Add the wheat flour and continue mixing until everything is well combined, the consistency should be runny.
- Add the green bell peppers and grated carrots and mix well. Put aside to rest for about 3 minutes.
- Put a non stick frying pan on medium heat and let it warm up. Add a small amount of butter and spread it evenly on the pan.
- Take a 1/2 cup of the mixture and pour it onto the pan and spread it evenly until it covers the whole base of the pan.
- Cook on medium heat for about about 3 minute and then turn it to cook for another 3 minutes.
- Continue with the same process until all the mixture is finished.
- Serve them while still hot with a beverage of your choice or as a side dish.
