Ingredients For Making Sticky Chicken Wings
- 10 pieces of chicken wings
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 3 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 cm. ginger crushed
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. organic honey
How To Make Sticky Chicken Wings
- Dry the chicken wings with a kitchen towel to enhance crispiness, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika powder and oil, coat all the chicken wings well.
- Put the wings on a baking tray and put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes on 350 degrees, turn them at 20 minutes to bake on the under side.
- Meanwhile, put a sauce pan on medium heat, add the soy sauce, corn starch, honey, brown sugar, ketchup, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper, simmer for about 10 minutes, staring constantly until thick and glossy.
- Put the chicken wings into the sauce, toss them well and bake again for about 6 minutes or until the glaze caramelizes.
