Apple plum juice recipe

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and quartered
  • 2 apples, peeled and quartered
  •  2 large red or dark plums, halved and stoned
  •  200 ml water
  • Slices of apple or pear, to decorate

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Put the pear and apple quarters into a small saucepan with the plum halves.
  2. Add the water, then cover tightly, set over medium heat and bring slowly to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave to cool, then chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Put the fruit and water mixture into a food processor or blend and process until smooth.
  4. Pour the juice into glasses of your choice, decorate with sliced of apple or pear and serve immediately.
