How to make beetroot plum juice

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Beetroots tender in texture, bright purple color, thoroughly washed and halved
- 25 g linseeds (flax seeds)
- 8 plums, smooth unbroken skin with consistent color, washed, quartered and stoned
- 300 g seedless red grapes, that are fresh with green stems properly washed.
- 300 ml chilled water
- Ice cubes (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
- Feed the beetroot halves through a juicer. Put the linseeds into a blender and whizz until finely ground.
- Add the beetroot juice, plum quarters, grapes and chilled water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the juice into glasses of your choice, add some ice cubes, if using, and serve immediately.
