  • 3 carrots cubed and boiled
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 large red onion cubed
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 1/ tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. paprika powder

  1. Put the boiled potatoes and carrots in a bowl, add the chopped onions, red bell pepper and spring onions.
  2. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper and mix well to ensure everything combines well.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and mix well and sprinkle the paprika on top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
