Mixed Vegetable Salad is an amazing all rounded salad full of nutrients and diverse flavors. It is healthy and versatile dish which i made by combining a variety of fresh vegetables and tropical fruits.
I have enhanced this salad by adding olives and pineapple to add an exciting flavor rich of powerful minerals. This salad is packed with vitamins, fiber and minerals.

Ingredients For Making Mixed Vegetable Salad
Cabbage 1/4
Carrots 2
Red bell peppers 1/2
Yellow Bell Peppers 1/2
Pineapple 1/4
Cilantro (small bunch)
Raisins 50 g
2 Large onions
Salt to taste
black pepper (to taste)
250 ml Mayonnaise
How To Make Mixed Vegetable Salad
- Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin slices julienne style, and put in a bowl.
- Peel the cabbage and grate it into long stripes.
- Peel the pineapple and cut it into cubes and put in a bowl.
- Cut the red and yellow bell pepper into julienne shapes.
- Cut out the cilantro leaves and put them in the salad bowl. Peel the onions and cut them into rings and soak in cold water to remove the tangy taste.
- Combine everything together and then add the raisins. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Mix together and then add the mayonnaise and combine together. Cover with foil and put in the fridge to cool before serving.
