Papaya and mango Juice Recipe
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 2
- ½ Papaya medium in size, peeled, deseeded and roughly chopped
- 1 mango, stoned, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 tomatoes, roughly cubed
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 120 ml almond milk or soya milk
PREPARATION METHOD
- Put the chopped papaya, tomatoes and mango into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the lime juice, ginger, soya or almond milk to the blender with small handful of crushed ice and blend again.
- Pour the juice into glasses of your choice.
