Papaya and mango Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Papaya medium in size, peeled, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, roughly cubed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 120 ml almond milk or soya milk

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Put the chopped papaya, tomatoes and mango into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the lime juice, ginger, soya or almond milk to the blender with small handful of crushed ice and blend again.
  3. Pour the juice into glasses of your choice.
