Flower Garden Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cucumber
- 1 carrot
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Mash avocado with salt and pepper.
- Spread avocado onto the toast.
- Use small flower cutters to cut cucumber and carrot flowers.
- Arrange the flowers on top.
- Add parsley leaves as flower stems and leaves.
